THE SAUNAS
Finnish Sauna With a temperature between 80°C and 100°C with a dry room climate, the Finnish sauna promotes the detoxification and purification of the body. The interplay of heat and cold stimulates the circulation. The body's own resistance is mobilized, the heart activity stimulated and a positive effect is exercised on blood pressure.
Sanarium With a temperature between 45 and 60 degrees and an air humidity between 40 and 60%, the sanarium is an alternative that is gentle on the circulatory system. The body is slowly warmed, circulation in the skin promoted and the decomposition of metabolic byproducts optimized. Heart activity is stimulated, blood pressure regulated and regular use results in a sustainable increase in the body's own defences.
Steam sauna The moderate temperature of 45-55°C and very high air humidity create a very restorative microclimate. The respiratory tract is cleansed, circulation stimulated, muscle tensions relaxed, the skin becomes soft and supple.
Tepidarium A visit to the tepidarium is both unexacting and stimulating and can be extended for an unlimited period. The temperatures that approach those of body (between 30 and 40°C) generate a healthy fever that reinforces the immune system without placing the circulation under strain. The tepidarium has a preventative and curative effect and offers ideal relaxation and regeneration possibilities for people of all ages.
